Our customer service department is available from 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday, 10am-4pm Saturday (Central time), closed on Sunday and major U.S. holidays. We will be happy to help answer any questions that you have regarding your KAYANIV watch.

3 yr limited warranty: Each KAYANIV watch is either entirely Swiss made or made in the US with Swiss parts. We offer a 3-year limited warranty from the date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Some restrictions apply -- please see the limited warranty policy that came with your watch.

30 day return policy: To help ensure your satisfaction, KAYANIV offers a 30 day return policy for watches in new, unworn condition. Some restrictions apply -- please call 651-335-2020 for returns.

Shipping: Most orders for in-stock watches will ship from our facility within 2-4 business days after your order has been received. (Including order processing time and shipping time, customers in the U.S. should expect to receive their shipments within 4-6 business days of submitting an order.) KAYANIV will send a shipping confirmation email when your order has shipped. KAYANIV ships products to delivery addresses in the United States (excluding APO/FPO addresses and US territories and protectorates). KAYANIV does not ship to PO boxes

Taxes: KAYANIV collects sales tax on orders shipped to addresses in Minnesota
